This Shipping Policy explains how and when we dispatch orders, what delivery times to expect, and how to get in touch if there are any issues.
Processing Time

Orders for original artworks, watercolours, and furniture are usually processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after receiving payment.

Apparel items (t-shirts and other clothing) are made to order through our print-on-demand partner and normally ship within 3–7 business days.

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly and in any case no later than 30 days after order confirmation, in accordance with UK consumer law.

If additional time is needed (for example, due to studio workload or custom finishes), we’ll notify you by email before shipping.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship from the United Kingdom using trusted carriers such as Royal Mail and Parcelforce.
Typical delivery times (after dispatch):

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, customs, or events beyond our control.
Shipping Rates

Delivery costs are shown at checkout before payment.

Shipping is calculated based on destination and product type.

International buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that may apply.
Holiday Dispatch Pause
Please note that our studio closes for the Christmas period:
Orders placed after 17 December will be dispatched from 10 January.
Orders can still be placed during this time, but dispatch will resume once we return.
Tracking & Confirmation
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order ships, including tracking information where available.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, please check with neighbours or your local post office before contacting us.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please check delivery details carefully at checkout.
We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order appears lost or delayed beyond the expected delivery window, contact daniela_militaru@outlook.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
We’ll investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
