Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
This policy explains how returns and refunds work for all products sold through www.danielamilitaru.com.


Original Artwork & Watercolours

  • You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind and request a return.

  • To start a return, please email daniela_militaru@outlook.com with your order number.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

  • You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item was faulty or not as described.

  • Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

  • We may deduct an appropriate amount from your refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

  • The right to return does not apply to custom or commissioned artworks.


Furniture

  • You have the same 14-day return right from the day you receive your item, unless it has been custom-built or finished to your specifications.

  • Furniture must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.


Apparel (Print-on-Demand)

  • Apparel items (such as t-shirts or clothing) are made to order through a print-on-demand partner.

  • Because they are produced individually, returns and exchanges are not offered unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • If you receive a wrong or damaged item, contact daniela_militaru@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


Refund Processing

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method.

  • We aim to process all refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of posting.

  • Refunds cover the cost of the item and standard shipping only (unless the item was faulty).


Christmas Dispatch Pause

Orders placed after 17 December will be accepted but not dispatched until 10 January.
This does not affect your right to return or request a refund once your item has been received.


How to Return

  1. Email daniela_militaru@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. You’ll receive return instructions and the return address.

  3. Package the item securely in the original packaging.

  4. Keep proof of postage until your refund is processed.


Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom or commissioned artworks.

  • Apparel made-to-order through print-on-demand.

  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage.


Legal Rights

This policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
